DYNAMIC SYSTEM.  PROFILERS AND VAD WINDS INDICATE 50-65KT WINDS
WORKING THEIR WAY DOWN THROUGH THE LOWER LAYERS.  MAIN FORECAST
PROBLEMS TODAY WILL BE WIND SPEEDS AND TEMPS.
