* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WAYNE COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN LOWER MICHIGAN

* UNTIL 1205 AM EDT

* AT 900 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NEAR I-94 BETWEEN BELLEVILLE AND
  SOUTHGATE... MOVING SLOWLY NORTHEAST.

* DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTERS INDICATE THAT BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES OF
  RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN THE ABOVE AREA AND MORE RAINFALL CAN BE
  EXPECTED. RAINFALL OF THIS AMOUNT COULD CAUSE WIDESPREAD FLOODING
  OF LOW LYING AREAS AND CAUSE SMALL STREAMS TO OVERFLOW THEIR
