* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SAGINAW COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN LOWER MICHIGAN

* UNTIL 1200 AM EDT

* AT 910 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 3 MILES WEST OF CHESANING...
  DRIFTING SLOWLY NORTHWEST.

* ESTIMATES OBTAINED BY RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE
  ABOUT 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL SINCE 600 PM AND AS HIGH AS 5 INCHES
  IN ISOLATED LOCATIONS GENERALLY SOUTH OF M57 AND WEST OF M52. RAIN
  AND AND RUNOFF IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
