* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WINNEBAGO COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL IOWA

* UNTIL 330 AM CDT

* AT 1120 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ACROSS WINNEBAGO COUNTY...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAINS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR
  CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS WINNEBAGO COUNTY.  THIS COMBINED WITH THE
  ALREADY SATURATED GROUNDS WILL PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING ACROSS
  WINNEBAGO COUNTY.

SOME STREAMS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
