  NORTHEASTERN CONVERSE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL WYOMING

* UNTIL 1020 PM MDT

* AT 930 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 40 MILES NORTH OF DOUGLAS OR 7 MILES EAST OF
  BILL... MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.  THIS STORMS WAS PRODUCING HAIL
  UP TO GOLF BALL SIZE.
