SPRAWLING 1030 MB SFC SOUTHWEST OF JAMES BAY WILL MOVE ESE BRINGING
AN ALMOST FALL-LIKE AIRMASS INTO THE REGION FOR LATER TNGT THROUGH
THURS...WITH PLEASANT/LOW HUMIDITY.
