WV IMAGRY ILLUSTRATES LARGE PLUME OF MOISTURE OVER CNTRL-SE TX WITH
SHARP DRYING NOTED OUT WEST NR BIG BEND.  KCRP 88D SHOWS A FEW NARROW
STREAMS OF PRECIP MARCHING ACROSS OUR CNTRL COUNTIES AHD OF PAC FNTL
BNDRY.  PRECIP EVENT HAS BEEN WELL ADVERTISED KEEPING HEAVIEST RAINS
AND FLASH FLOODING NORTH OF THE AREA.  STILL CHC OF TSRA OVER ERN
COUNTIES THIS EVENING AS FNT MVS THRU.  PAC FNT WILL MV OFF THE COAST
LATE THIS AFTN/EARLY THIS EVENING BRINGING NWLY WINDS.  WINDS WILL
INCREASE TNGT OVER THE COASTAL WATERS WHEN COOL DRY AIR INTERACTS
WITH 65-70 DEG WATER.

M/C -RA CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL WED AS COOL NWLY FLOW IS OVERRUN BY
MOIST SWLY MID LVL FLOW.  THIS FLOW WILL BECOME WLY LATE IN THE DAY
WHEN CLOSED LOW MVS INTO CNTRL TX AND END RAIN CHC'S.  H85 LOW WILL
STRENGTHEN OVER ARKANSAS WED TO PRODUCE WINDY CONDITIONS OVER THE
COASTAL BEND.  CLEARING SKIES AND COOL TEMPS WILL PREVAIL WED NGT.
