SLOW MOVING CONVECTION WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION. STORMS ARE NOW FIRING WEST OF LAREDO IN MX. ADDITIONAL STORMS ARE DVLPG ACROSS KLEBERG COUNTY WHICH SHOULD MV SLOWLY NWD ACROSS NUECES...SAN PAT...LIVE OAK AND BEE BY EARLY AFTN AS THE WARM FNT LIFTS NWD. SEE PRELIMS BELOW... DENSE FOG IS LIFTING ACROSS THE CWA AS STG VERT LIFT MVS IN FROM MX. DENSE FOG CAN BE REMOVED FROM ZONES ON THE UPDATE. LOOKS LIKE WE WILL HAVE ANOTHER ACTIVE DAY. CONVECTION IS ALREADY FIRING OVER THE NEAR SHORE WATERS AND OVER KENNEDY COUNTY SOUTH OF BAFFIN BAY. STORM MVMT IS NNE 15KTS. ENVIRONMENT IS MORE UNSTABLE TDY. THE EL IS 8KFT HIGHER THAN YSTDY UP TO 33KFT...WHICH WILL SUPPORT TALLER STORMS. CAPE IN BRO IS 2000 J/KG AND THIS INSTABILITY SHOULD ADVECT ACROSS THE COASTAL PLAINS AS SFC BNDRY LIFTS NWD AND LOW PRES FORMS ACROSS OUR WRN COUNTIES. (BASED ON 00Z ETA MODEL). WBZ IS LOW NR 7000FT AND THERE IS A GOOD AMT OF DRY AIR IN MID LVLS THEREFORE HAIL/DWNBURST WINDS ARE A GOOD POSSIBILITY. LCLY HVY RAINS ALSO LIKELY AS IMPRESSIVE UPPER LOW WITH GOOD CAA ALOFT MVS OVHD DURING THE AFTN HOURS. WILL INCREASE POPS FOR THE COASTAL PLAINS AND ADD CHC OF SVR. REMOVE DENSE FOG.
