WV IMAGERY SHOWS UPPER S/W JUST WEST OF THE RIO GRANDE CONCURRENT WITH 12Z ETA MODEL...MVG EAST. SFC ANALYSIS SHOWS PAC FNTL BNRY JUST WEST OF LRD-E JCT LINE ALSO MVG EAST. CRP/DFX 88DS BOTH SHOW ONE LARGE PRECIP CELL DVLPG JUST WEST OF WEBB COUNTY ALG THE LEADING EDGE OF PAC FNTL BNDRY. THIS STORM HAS WK ROTATIONAL SIGNATURE AND WILL BE CLOSELY MONITORED AS IT MVS SLOWLY NE. LOOKS LIKE THIS CELL COULD SKIRT JUST N OF OUR CWA. OTHER WIDELY SCT PRECIP ECHOS WERE MVG NWD IN UNIFORM SLY FLOW. AMS ACROSS THE REGION IS VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. PWS 1.50 INCHES AND LIS -7. MAIN DYNAMICS WILL MV ACROSS THE REGION THIS AFTN WITH PRECIP FOCUSED ALG SFC-H85 BNDRY ENHANCED BY STGLY TILTED UPPER TROF (PVA). MAIN PRECIP AREA WILL OCCUR ALG A SAT-HOU LINE WHERE FFA AND BEST MOISTURE ADV EXISTS. FCST HAS 50-60% POPS IN FOR OUR AREA TDY WHICH LOOKS GOOD.
