LA SALLE IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS * UNTIL 135 PM CDT * AT 1020 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTERS INDICATED HEAVY RAIN FROM ARTESIA WELLS TO COTULLA .. SLOWLY DRIFTING EAST. * DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AROUND 3 INCHES PER HOUR WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS OF 5 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN LASALLE COUNTY.
