EASTERN MCMULLEN IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS WESTERN LIVE OAK IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS * UNTIL 900 PM CDT * AT 545 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM CALLIHAM TO CHOKE CANYON TO WHITSETT...MOVING NORTH AT 10 MPH. * DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES 1.50 TO 2.00 INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR WHICH WILL LIKELY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND CREEK BEDS.
