FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  430 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 1220 AM DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO
NORTHWEST OHIO. AROUND AN INCH OF RAIN MAY FALL IN NORTHWEST OHIO
BETWEEN 1230 AM AND 3 AM. SINCE THE GROUND IS SATURATED THIS ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL WILL CAUSE SOME FLOODING OF STREAMS AND ROADS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
