FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  900 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 555 PM DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING A BAND OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
MOVING THROUGH STARK COUNTY. RADAR WAS INDICATING SOME LOCATIONS WERE
RECEIVING OVER AN INCH OF RAIN AN HOUR. WITH THE GROUND SATURATED SOME
FLOODING OF ROADS AND STREAMS MAY OCCUR. THE PRECIPITATION SHOULD MOVE
OUT OF STARK COUNTY BY 7 PM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
