RICHLAND COUNTY IN SOUTH CAROLINA * UNTIL 1115 PM EST * NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATES A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH FROM LEXINGTON COUNTY INTO RICHLAND COUNTY.
