BARNWELL COUNTY IN SOUTH CAROLINA * UNTIL 930 PM EDT * AT 837 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ON THE ORANGEBURG-BARNWELL COUNTY BORDER.
