IN SOUTH CAROLINA ...KERSHAW COUNTY NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT FIVE MILES SOUTH OF ELGIN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.
