* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...
     SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO

* UNTIL 645 PM MDT

* AT 555 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY...OR ABOUT 48
  MILES SOUTHEAST OF LIMON...MOVING SOUTH AT 5 MILES PER HOUR.

LARGE HAIL...INTENSE RAIN AND STRONG DAMAGING WINDS ARE LIKELY WITH 
THIS STORM. TAKE COVER IN A SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER UNTIL THE STORM 
PASSES.

HEAVY RAINS MAY FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS SUCH AS DITCHES AND 
UNDERPASSES.  RADAR ESTIMATES 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN 
THIS AREA.  

AVOID THESE AREAS AND DO NOT CROSS FLOODED ROADS AS THEY MAY BE 
WASHED OUT.   FLASH FLOODING MAY OCCUR ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND 
RIVERS...THEREFORE SEEK HIGHER GROUND IF THREATENED BY FLOOD 
WATERS.
