* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
     EAST CENTRAL MORGAN COUNTY IN NORTHEAST COLORADO

* UNTIL 745 PM MDT

* AT 615 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER EAST CENTRAL MORGAN COUNTY...OR ABOUT 14 MILES
  EAST OF FORT MORGAN...THIS AREA OF HEAVY RAIN WAS NEARLY           
  STATIONARY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND 
ARROYOS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS 
ESPECIALLY JUST EAST OF HIGHWAY 71 BETWEEN BRUSH AND GARY.
