THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BOISE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR:
  WESTERN OWYHEE COUNTY - SOUTHWESTERN IDAHO

* UNTIL 340 PM MDT

* AT 125PM MDT...BOISE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE
OF THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE OWYHEE MOUNTAINS NEARLY STATIONARY.

* RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR

* FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
  REYNOLDS CREEK, JORDAN CREEK, CASTLE CREEK, SUCCOR CREEK, AND
  ALL OTHERS IN THE WARNING AREA COMING OFF THE OWYHEE
  MOUNTAINS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED
QUICKLY...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
