* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR:
  EASTERN BOISE COUNTY - WEST CENTRAL IDAHO

* UNTIL 520 PM MDT

* AT 310 PM MDT...BOISE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM 15
  MILES SOUTHEAST OF LOWMAN...NEARLY STATIONARY.

* RADAR HAS ESTIMATED PRECIPITATION RATES OF ABOUT 2 INCHES PER
  HOUR.

* FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
  ALONG THE NORTH FORK OF THE BOISE RIVER

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABVANDONED
