* AT 713 PM CDT... A TORNADO WAS DETECTED...BY NATIONAL WEATHER
  SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR...JUST SOUTH OF MARVIN IN EXTREME SOUTH LEE
COUNTY.  THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHWEST AT 30 MPH.
