MOVING ACROSS CENTRAL MARION COUNTY.  THIS STORM HAS KNOCKED
POWERLINES DOWN TO THE WEST OF HAMILTON.  MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS WAS
TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 MILES PER HOUR.
