IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE ...OCHILTREE COUNTY AT 1147 PM CST...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS REPORTED BY A SPOTTER 3 MILES SOUTHWEST OF PERRYTON MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
