  SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING INTO EXTREME NORTHERN WARREN COUNTY 
  NEAR GRAPHITE AND HAGUE. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING SOUTHEAST 
  AT ABOUT 35 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL MOVE INTO FAR NORTHERN
