  HAMILTON COUNTY IN NORTHERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 1000 PM EDT

* AT 700 PM EDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG ROUTE 30
  BETWEEN LONG LAKE...SPECULATOR AND HOPE...DRIFTING SLOWLY
  SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS...WITH TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS...WILL DUMP IN EXCESS OF
  THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAIN AN HOUR ACROSS EASTERN HAMILTON
  COUNTY WHICH WILL WASH OUT SOME ROADS AND MAY CAUSE FLOODING
