* AT 140 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG THE SPINE OF THE GREEN
  MOUNTAINS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY AND
  PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES IN EXCESS OF AN INCH PER HOUR.
