THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN ALBANY HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN GREENE COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK
  COLUMBIA COUNTY IN EASTERN NEW YORK

* UNTIL 100 AM EDT

* AREA LAW ENFORCEMENT AND STORM SPOTTERS REPORT STREET AND
  BASEMENT FLOODING ACROSS EASTERN GREENE AND A LARGE PORTION
  OF SOUTHERN AND WESTERN COLUMBIA COUNTIES. THUNDERSTORMS WITH
  VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO DROP 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN
  PER HOUR THROUGH MIDNIGHT RESULTING IN ADDITIONAL FLOODING.

DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD!
