* SPOTTERS REPORT BETWEEN 3 AND 5 INCHES OF RAIN...WITH LOCALLY
  HIGHER AMOUNTS...IN SOUTHERN JONES AND SOUTHERN LYMAN COUNTY
  OVERNIGHT. RADAR ESTIMATES ALSO SHOW AMOUNTS IN THIS RANGE.
