* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN SOCORRO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 555 PM MDT

* AT 445 PM MDT... STORM SPOTTERS REPORTED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER BINGHAM MOVING SLOWING TO THE WEST NORTHWEST.

* HEAVY RAIN HAS ALREADY PRODUCED STANDING WATER 4 INCHES DEEP IN
  BINGHAM. AN INCH OF RAIN FELL IN 10 MINUTES JUST NORTHEAST OF
  BINGHAM.

MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...ARROYOS OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.
