* AT ALONG U.S HIGHWAY 64 FROM RATON TO CIMARRON...THE
  THE PUBLIC REPORTED WATER RUNOFF FROM STORMS AFFECTING THE
  INTERSECTION OF HIGHWAY 64 AND 445...THUNDERSTORMS
  WILL BE  CONTINUING OVER THE AREA THROUGH THE EVENING.

BOTH LOCALIZED AND DISTANT HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CREATE DANGEROUS
