* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHEASTERN GUADALUPE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
  EASTERN HARDING COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO
  EASTERN SAN MIGUEL COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO

* UNTIL 1030 PM MDT

* AT 810 PM MDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND
  SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH PERSISTENT HEAVY
  RAIN CREATING FLASH FLOODING FROM NORTHEAST OF SANTA ROSA THROUGH
  CONCHAS LAKE TO SOUTH OF BUEYEROS.  THE STORMS WERE REMAINING
  NEARLY STATIONARY OR DRIFTING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST.

* ARROYOS...WATER CROSSINGS AND OTHER LOW LYING LOCATIONS IN THE
  WARNING AREA WILL HAVE RUNNING OR STANDING WATER THROUGH 1030 PM.

BOTH LOCALIZED AND DISTANT HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CREATE DANGEROUS
FLOWS IN ARROYOS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
DRIVE THROUGH THESE WATERS.
