* AT 422 PM MDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING STREET FLOODING AND HEAVY RUNOFF INTO LOCAL
  ARROYOS ACROSS THE TIJERAS CANYON AREA AND EAST SLOPES OF THE
  SANDIA MOUNTAINS. THUNDERSTORMS WERE FORMING AND MOVING OVER THE
  SAME AREAS.
