* AT 635 PM MDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN JUST NORTH OF BINGHAM AND ALONG
  I-40 4 MILES SOUTH OF SAN ANTONIO... MOVING TO THE EAST SOUTHEAST
  AT 10 MPH.

* RAINFALL OF A HALF TO AN INCH AND A HALF WILL CAUSE WATER TO RISE
  RAPIDLY IN ARROYOS...WASHES AND LOW LYING AREAS.
