BERNALILLO COUNTY IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO * UNTIL 545 PM MDT * AT 440... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINS OVER THE ALBUQUERQUE METRO AREA... MOVING SLOWLY TO THE EAST. *THIS WILL CAUSE RAPID RISES IN ARROYOS AND OTHER LOW WATER CROSSINGS OR DIPS A REPORT FROM THE NORTHEAST HEIGHTS INDICATED OVER AN INCH OF RAIN FELL IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES.
