IN NORTHWEST ARIZONA ...CENTRAL MOHAVE COUNTY AT 555 PM MST NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN LAS VEGAS INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR KINGMAN IN CENTRAL MOHAVE COUNTY. AT THE SAME TIME...A SKYWARN SPOTTER IN KINGMAN REPORTED WINDS GUSTING TO 48 MPH WITH BLOWING DUST REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN 50 FEET. THIS STORM WAS MOVING WEST AT 25 MPH AND WILL AFFECT KINGMAN THROUGH 615 PM AND MAY REACH BULLHEAD CITY AND NEEDLES BETWEEN 630 AND 645 PM.
