321 WUUS1 KTUL 300137 RRA SVRTUL OKC147-300230- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TULSA OK 836 PM CDT SUN JUN 29 1997 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TULSA HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 930 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA ...WASHINGTON COUNTY AT 833 PM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER EASTERN OSAGE COUNTY FROM 10 MILES WEST OF COPAN TO 5 MILES WEST OF BARTLESVILLE TO BARNSDALL. THE LINE OF STORMS WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 35 MILES AN HOUR. COPAN...BARTLESVILLE...DEWEY...AND OCHELATA ARE IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS. HAIL TO THE SIZE OF DIMES AND WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE WARNED AREA. A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA. REMEMBER...
