IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA ...NORTHERN CRAIG COUNTY...NORTHWESTERN OTTAWA COUNTY AT 238 AM...RADAR SHOWED A CLUSTER OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM 8 MILES WEST OF WELCH TO 4 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF WELCH. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTH NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. HAIL TO THE SIZE OF QUARTERS AND WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED IN THE WARNED AREA.
