IN WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS ...SEBASTIAN COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA ...LE FLORE COUNTY AT 111 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES SOUTHWEST OF HEAVENER MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.
