* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR
     NORTHERN MARSHALL COUNTY - NORTHEAST KANSAS

* UNTIL 250 AM CDT
 
* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED
     MARYSVILLE
     MARIETTA
     HERKIMER

* CAUSE AND EFFECT
     SEVERAL THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING THEN MOVING OVER THE SAME
     AREAS OF NORTHERN MARSHALL COUNTY HAS DROPPED RAINFALL
     TOTALS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES BETWEEN 900 PM AND 1050 PM.
     SEVERAL STREETS IN MARYSVILLE HAD WATER OVER THEM AT
     1050 PM.  SOME OF THESE ROADS WERE IMPASSIBLE.

* FORECAST CONDITIONS
     AN ADDITIONAL 2 INCHES OR MORE OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE THROUGH
     MIDNIGHT AS THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN
     MARSHALL COUNTY
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGER OF FLOODING.
