FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

COUNTY DIASTER OFFICIALS REPORT THAT THE ANITA DAM ON THE EAST FORK OF
BATTLE CREEK NORTH OF CHINOOK IN NORTHERN BLAINE COUNTY IS DAMAGED AND
LIKELY TO FAIL. PEOPLE IMMEDIATLEY BELOW THE DAM WILL SEE RAPID RISES
IN WATER LEVELS OF 8 TO 12 FEET IN THE EVENT THE DAM FAILS. RISES OF 4
TO 5 FEET ARE POSSIBLE DOWNSTREAM AT THE MOUTH OF BATTLE CREEK 6 T(O 8
HOURS AFTER DAM FAILURE.
 
IF YOU LIVE BELOW THE DAM BE PREPARED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY FOR HIGHER
