IN NORTH FLORIDA ...NORTHWESTERN MADISON COUNTY AT 6:40 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPING OVER NORTHEASTERN JEFFERSON COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN OF ASHVILLE.
