IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA ...EASTERN BAY COUNTY...GULF COUNTY AT 1148 AM CST...1248 EST... NWS DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING FROM JUST OFFSHORE OF MEXICO BEACH AND ST JOSEPH PENINSULA ONSHORE IN THIS AREA.
