FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1210 AM PST FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING
LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

  ...WESTERN YUBA COUNTY

THE FEATHER RIVER LEVEE ON THE SOUTH YUBA CITY SIDE HAS BREACHED.
WATER FROM THE RIVER IS FLOWING EASTWARD TOWARDS THE TOWN OF
OLIVEHURST. THE WATERS WILL RESULT IN THE CLOSURE OF STATE HIGHWAYS
65 AND 70. EMERGENCY OFFICIALS HAVE ORDERED THE EVACUATION OF THE
TOWNS OF OLIVEHURST AND LINDA.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. DO NOT TRY TO CROSS FLOODED HIGHWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD
DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.
