TORNADO WATCH FOR ALL OR PORTIONS OF

   NORTHEAST TEXAS                              
   NORTHWEST LOUISIANA                          

EFFECTIVE THIS TUESDAY MORNING FROM 100 AM UNTIL 600 AM CDT.

TORNADOES...HAIL TO 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS
TO 80 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 60 STATUTE MILES NORTH AND
SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 45 MILES WEST OF TYLER TEXAS TO 60 MILES SOUTH
OF EL DORADO ARKANSAS.
