IN NORTHWESTERN UTAH ...CENTRAL AND EAST CENTRAL TOOELE COUNTY AT 1048 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED BY DOPPLE.R RADAR 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF DUGWAY MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH.
