THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL HIT
ENOCH...SUMMIT AND PAROWAN BETWEEN 500 AND 515 PM.

THE AIRMASS OVER UTAH IS EXTREMELY MOIST AND UNSTABLE MAKING
CONDITIONS FAVORABLE FOR HEAVY RAIN AND POSSIBLE URBAN AND SMALL
STREAM FLOODING.

WHILE ALL OF THE STATE COULD SEE HEAVY RAINFALL...THE MOST FAVORABLE
AREA FOR FLOODING APPEARS TO BE THE MOUNTAINS...NORTHWEST UTAH... AND
SOUTHEAST IDAHO.  THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL DURING THE EARLY AFTERNOON
WILL BE OVER SOUTHERN UTAH BUT HEAVIER RAINFALL WILL BE WORKING ITS
WAY NORTHWARD INTO NORTHERN UTAH LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
