FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL UTAH

   ...CENTRAL GARFIELD COUNTY

THIS WARNING IS FOR WASHES AND WATERWAYS IN CENTRAL GARFIELD COUNTY
ESPECIALLY THE ESCALANTE RIVER AND ALVEY WASH NEAR THE TOWN OF
ESCALANTE.

COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTS THE ESCALANTE RIVER NEAR ESCALANTE IN
RIVER BEING 1 FOOT OVER A BRIDGE.

DOPPLER RADAR SHOWS MORE RAINFALL MOVING INTO THE AREA THUS THE
FLOODING WILL CONTINUE.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS OR
