FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 925 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHWESTERN UTAH

   ...EASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL
OVER NORTHEAST WASHINGTON COUNTY AT 750 PM.  THIS RAINFALL IN
ADDITION TO EARLIER RAIN WHICH HAS SATURATED THE SOIL IN THIS
AREA WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING EARLY THIS EVENING... ESPECIALLY
FOR WASHES AND WATERWAYS IN ZION NATIONAL PARK.

 IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE TO ESCAPE FLOOD
WATERS.  DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS
RISING.
