THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN DEVELOPED OVER SOUTHEAST
DUCHESNE COUNTY.  DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES OF 1.50 TO 2.00 INCHES OF
RAIN HAVE OCCURRED IN THE DUCHESNE AREA IN THE PAST HOUR.  THIS
THUNDERSTORM IS MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.
