NGM/ETA DEVELOP CONVECTION EARLY IN THE FIRST PERIOD OVER CENTRAL TEXAS...IN THE VICINITY OF THIS MORNING/S DECAYED MCS. THIS SEEMS PLAUSABLE...GIVEN CONVECTIVE VORT MAX AND NUMEROUS BOUNDARIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS FEATURE.
